Applications can be downloaded from the website.  Once filled in, they may be submitted to our office.  Each prospective tenant 18 years old or older must submit a separate application.

It is $40.00 per application.  This is not negotiable.

While we don't normally accept pets, exceptions are sometimes made.  Contact the office directly for further information.

There's a minimum of a 1 year lease required, though we can offer longer term leases in some instances.

To qualify, the combined household income must equal at least 2 1/2 times the rent amount.

You must earn at least 2 1/2 times the amount of the rent and have no evictions.  While good credit history is important, it's not the only determining factor.
